Nuphos uses a bring-your-own-agent model. The free workspace includes the infrastructure console and your connected agent; paid Nuphos plans expand team, environment, and audit-retention limits. Your agent’s model access is separate from Nuphos billing. Each agent connected through OpenAB keeps the authentication and subscription model of its vendor-provided harness.
Claude Code turns bridged through OpenAB do not consume Nuphos agent credits. The same applies to other supported agents once their runtime adapters are available. Model usage and charges, if any, are governed by your agreement with that agent provider.

Plans

Paid plans are billed monthly, in USD. Custom entitlement overrides may apply to an enterprise workspace.

Agent-provider billing

Nuphos does not resell the model inference used by your connected agent:
  • A hosted Claude Code runtime authenticates with the Claude token your Administrator binds in Settings → Workspace → Agent.
  • Once their runtime adapters are available, other terminal coding agents supported by OpenAB will continue using the model access configured by their own native harness.
  • Nuphos background work around a session — transcripts, memory, runtime orchestration, and approval state — does not create an agent-credit meter.

When you need a paid plan

Upgrade when the workspace needs more than the Free limits: more members, more connected environments, or longer audit retention. Reaching one of these limits returns an upgrade prompt for the lowest plan that satisfies it; it does not silently charge overage.

Manage billing

Settings → Workspace has both:
  • Billing — your plan, payment method, and invoices.
  • Usage — any legacy Nuphos-managed model usage associated with the team.
Billing is managed by team Administrators. Members see the workspace normally and do not need to manage payment. Agent-provider subscriptions are managed with the provider that supplies the agent.
